Contacting us by e-mail

The aforementioned information and legal basis apply to contacting us by e-mail. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible. Therefore, please send confidential data only in encrypted attachments, by fax or contact us by telephone.

Contacting us by telephone

If you contact us by telephone, the telephone number will be shown on the display of the telephone you dial and stored in our telephone system. The legal basis for the display of the telephone number and short-term storage in the called telephone as well as the storage in our telephone system is Art. 6. para. 1 lit f) DSGVO, i.e. our legitimate interest is the communication with suppliers, customers and others and the convenient possibility of calling back as well as the control of billing. The data will be deleted from our telephone system after 60 days at the latest.
